Inspire Growth.

Our primary services.

  • 1-on-1 Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy Sessions

1-on-1 orthopedic & sports physical therapy sessions are designed to meet you where you are and get you back to what you love to do. Cultivate treats a variety of conditions, including overuse injuries and post-operative conditions from head to toe. Our approach focuses on a full assessment of your condition, measurements of current strength and function, and a custom-made, individualized plan towards improvement to help you reach your goals.

  • Clinical Mentoring & Consulting

Clinical mentoring and consulting services are available to both individual therapists seeking mentorship and clinics as a group. In both scenarios, physical therapists receive 1-on-1 in-person mentoring sessions while they treat patients in clinic, with feedback and assistance provided both during and post-session. Frequency and duration of mentoring sessions is variable based on individual goals, but generally mentoring sessions are between 2-3 hours in length, and occur monthly for an individual practitioner or on set schedule if being performed for a whole clinic (multiple clinicians). Currently, these mentoring sessions are offered on 3, 6, and 9-month lengths for individual practitioners and on 6 and 12-month lengths for clinics (multiple clinicians) based on size.

Our secondary services.

  • Sports & Performance Training

Not injured? No problem. With a background in sports training and performance, Cultivate can also provide more performance-based training to help you reach the next goal. We’ve worked with professional athletes across major sports, triathletes, weekend warriors, and everyone in between. Whatever your next race is – count on us to help you get there and perform.

  • Strength & Conditioning Services and Online Programming

Cultivate carries physical therapy licensure in California, but when treating clients outside of the state (either remotely via online sessions) or assisting in program creation for sports-specific training and rehabilitation, we can utilize our training in strength and conditioning. Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists generally operate at team and school levels, helping design and program workouts for specific sports or teams that carry them through all stages of their season (off-season, pre-season, in-season, etc.). Being able to provide these services in-person or remotely is like having a coach of your own.

  • Guest Lectures & Seminars

With experience as a graduate school faculty member over the past 6 years, Dr. Pavlov has taught in a variety of classes at both the undergraduate and graduate school level. With most of his experiences being within the realm of orthopedic physical therapy and sports rehabilitation and training, this is predominantly what he lectures on. Related topics of interest include: ACL rehabilitation and training, lower extremity strength training, and leadership development. Dr. Pavlov has led seminars and trainings for clinics in the San Diego region before, so if interested in a particular topic, please contact him below.

  • *A note about provided services: Cultivate operates outside the typical insurance-based model and does not contract with any insurance companies. That means that all physical therapy, training, and mentoring sessions are billed at a cash-rate. Cultivate can provide you superbills for submission to insurance companies for potential reimbursement on 1-on-1 physical therapy sessions.
